Perfect place for having an excellent waxing. I went for Hollywood waxing and I added an extra « brown wax « and it à more than perfect ! The lady was very professional and caring

I visited Poudre for eyelash extensions, manicure and a haircut. My eyelashes did looked lovely, but unfortunately, the woman applying them managed to get the glue in my hair. When I told her this she offered no apology, and suggested I wash my hair at home to remove it. When I explained I was having my hair cut at the same salon as I was going out that night, she assured me that the hairdresser would be able to get it out. The hairdresser, who was lovely, tried very hard to remove the glue , but in the end it had to be cut out of my hair leaving several strands of hair much shorter than the rest. The hairdresser did a great job on my hair and this poor review is no reflection on her. When I went to pay, I was expecting an offer of a discount due to the glue incident, but nothing. I actually had to ask for a discount, which seemed to annoy the woman who did my lashes, as though she had done nothing wrong. I was then given £8 off, which went nowhere to rectify the fact that what should have been a relaxing pampering session ended up utterly stressful. If an apology had been proffered, I may not have been inclined to leave this bad review. Needless to say, despite the good work of the hairdresser, I would not revisit Poudre, and certainly would not recommend. Interestingly, I left this same review on Facebook, which has now mysteriously vanished. Totally unprofessional.
