the facial was good but the beautician didn't explain what was going to happen and covered my face with a machine for 15 minutes without warning. the door was also ajar and she left to take a personal call whilst part of my treatment was setting - I wouldn't have minded but the call was really loud! not a peaceful treatment but a good one in terms of products
