This is my second time at Poudre, the lady on reception was quite frankly rude and patronising. The lady that did my waxing was lovely, two out of the three treatments I had yesterday were great, however my eyebrow wax was not. When I got home I was very upset by how much hair had been removed and therefore the shape was completely changed. I just wish she had discussed with me how much she was going to take.
