I had the deep cleanse and extraction facial - it was so painful! I was expecting slight discomfort but the facial was so painful from start to finish (and it was 2 hours long). There was no indication of the different steps I.e. the lady didn’t say ‘ok now I’m going to do this it might hurt etc’ and there was needles used on my face too without warning which I was very uncomfortable with. I was also left alone in a room for about 15 minutes with a mask on which I felt uncomfortable with. My face was so red and scabbed when I got home and still is a few days later, I think it looks worse than it did before.
