I booked a back neck and shoulder massage and reflexology hoping to feel deeply relaxed after a stressful week. When I arrived I was told a full body massage would be better so i let them do so. She asked how I would like the pressure and I said not hard as I want a relaxing massage. This was not the case - it was very invigorating and a lot of it hurt. Another therapist kept coming into the room and having a conversation then later on she came in and took over. Overall, I left feeling not relaxed at all and I didn't think it was worth what I paid. I also wasn't given any sort of after care or consultation as mentioned in the description.

Staff was very welcomingand polite, everything was clean and tidy! The pregnancy massage I would recommend to everyone I left feeling amazing not too expensive would go again!
