I think Sama is great however the place is in need of a deep clean. There was hair all over the floor in the beauty room, skirting boards covered in dust and dirt. And to top it off, I have developed what appears to be folliculitis on my arms which has never happened. I wonder if the roll on wax applicators are even clean to be honest. They are probably rolled onto many people's skin without being cleaned after. My arm is covered in bumps with white heads. Will not visit this place again.
