Booked appointment over phone,Sama was very accommodating (had to change my previous booked date to another day, there was no issue with that). I've been there 3rd time in row(going every 3-4months),its now my usual place to go. Sama is very kind, welcoming.She listens to what you're after, I feel like would never do anything you wouldn't be happy with,even if she had some other ideas/recommendations for you.I just get a simple haircut,so there is not much to do, but still,I'm happy I found them
