I asked if my fringe could also be dyed and it she said it was okay and would only take 20 minutes.
Part way through the dying of my fringe I said my head was burning and she told me this was normal. I said it was really starting to hurt. She then washed it out when it was time & it was orange and I wanted it to be blonde, she tried to convince me that it was the same colour. She then dyed it again as it wasnt ok & I ended up with a blistered & bloody head when i told her it had been burning

The Lady who did my waxing was nice but she was using way too much wax and struggled to remove it most times because it was too thick and didn’t dry well.
Hence the following day I had to pluck hair from all over my face before I left the house.
