I paid 35 pounds for a haircut and rough dry( which by the way wasn’t clear when booking) but that’s fine. I asked for a simple cut straight from the back and curtain bangs in the front. She took a razor and scraped my hair off. Never ever in my life has my hair been treated with such disrespect. I couldn’t believe it. I was booked for 12. She started to dos my hair at 12.40. She was done in 10minutes.
