My first visit was such a pleasant experience. I was well looked after by Anna, she was very kind and respectful and made sure that I felt comfortable at all times. She did an amazing job with my hair - the conditioning treatment and blow dry was amazing! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I completely recommend this salon. Thank you Anna for looking after me :-)

I never leave reviews but my experience was too good to keep secret. Sama made my visit so pleasant and I received my favourite gel manicure ever. It is clear that she cares about her customers and she even suggested future services to better suit my needs, instead of what I was considering. Such a sweet lady and I can only look forward to my next visit.

The only reason I gave this place a low review was because of the quality of the manicure and pedicure. The customer service was great during treatment. It's just after I got home (I live a 7 min walk away) my toenail polish was completely wiped off and my fingernails were ruined in the salon and not corrected. being the last client I saw that their business hours were closed,so I emailed and visited with no response or resolve and refused a partial refund. Manager didn't resolve and left the convo

I love my Brazilian blowdry, it’s smooth and frizz free and has lots of body. I would definitely recommend this salon.
