My hair cut is terrible, truly one of the worst I’ve ever had. I tried to tell the hairdresser that it was uneven and very different on each side, but she would not have it. She did not listen to me at all. Now have to wait for it to grow enough to go somewhere else. She was also pretty rough washing my hair and no head massage. Colour seems ok though. V disappointed.

The manicurist was rude. The product they first used on my nails was old or faulty in some way, because the polish shrunk on my nails and looked very bad. The manicurist was reluctant to fix it at first, and then she just scraped it off my nails, hurting them. In the end she used another product, but the nails and fingers looked untidy, with bits of polish remaining from the previous one. The place didn’t look very clean either. Overall bad experience.
