Got the haircut I requested - blunt shoulder-length cut (keeping ponytail length) with a nape undercut. £30 and got a slot booking the day before.

Worst haircut I ever had. The lady was friendly at the beginning,I explained to her exactly how I want my haircut(a bob longer on the left side) . She told me that she needs to charge me 5£ more as it was more complicated than a simple haircut.I was ok with that,I didn't mind to give something more.Now I regret every single pound. The haircut has nothing to do with what I asked. The layering it's so bad,it's uneven,you can see the cuts from the scissors..It does not make a sense. When she was cutting my fringe I opened my eyes and I couldn't believe it. When I was 5 years old and cut my fringe to surprise my mother,I am quite sure that she was less surprised than me. She couldn't accept that this is so wrong and she told me to wait some days and do it own my own in my house. From the bright side,all my friends agree that now I can have a career as a Playmobil,so ok..I will give it a try,I don't want to be greedy. Avoid it. Truly.

Honestly, the beauty/waxing room is a bit shoddy. That picture on Treatwell must be old, as it's about half the size of that width-wise. The bed is pushed fully up against the wall, and two people cannot pass each other in the space that is there. While not the case - it was the kind of set-up you'd expect down a back alley. Wax was good - and has lasted longer than usual. So she got in deep. But in terms of cleanliness/ambience... I'm not sure...
