The legs waxing was good value for money, quick and efficient.
The eyebrow waxing though was terrible, she put wax all over my eyelids, destroying the skin and I have had scars for days, hopefully they will heal without marks.

I booked the afternoon of the treatment and the only two available times were 5:10pm and 5:50pm. I chose 5:50pm as it suited best and when I arrived the lady complained that I had booked a late appointment. Not a great way to treat customers. Threading was good however.

The gel manicure was ok - a bit over the edges but the polish falls away from cuticles once you wash your hands. Staff member was frosty but not proactively rude until the haircut when I asked her to try a separate my hair to change the shape of my undercut. I suspect it was outside of her skillset however instead of simply saying that she criticised my choice and passed me to her colleague. I did actually cry in embarrassment and she continued to attack me. Her colleague was pleasant enough however it was not a nice situation and I felt she should have defended the customer more. Bizarre.
