It wasn't balayage, but they did a "reverse balayag"e for £10 more. It was a zero frills experience. No tea or coffee. Zero chat. Could have done it myself.

I had to wait 30 min when I arrived on time for my appointment. I didn’t get the exact shape of fringe that I wanted but can’t complain either, I like my new fringe and the whole process was rather quick and enjoyable in general. Would recommend for some easy and quick haircuts.
