I traveled from Gloucester road to go to this salon - and it was worth it! Tina, my hairdresser, was super kind and very talented. I got a dry haircut and it looks great! Do ask for Tina when you visit!

Not friendly customer service from the hairdresser, and it was too short a cut. Wasn't offered a tea or coffee on arrival. Glad I only paid a discounted amount as it wouldn't have been worth the usual rates.

Was not given the service I had paid for - make sure you check before they touch your hair that they will give you all that you paid for in the service, eg a blow dry instead of a rough dry. Hair got a bleached effect even though I did not want it like this - I specifically said I did not want it to be too blonde. Was made to brush my own hair (it's curly, but that should not be an excuse for immediately giving up).
