I have been here for the second time two days ago, and had quite a bad experience. I already noticed the first time how the waxing room is not particularly comfortable (super small) nor it looks extremely clean, but decided to give it another chance.
The treatment was very painful (was still hurting yesterday after a day). The person who did it was basically spreading wax all over without any care (which would have been appreciated given that it was a hollywood waxing..). No privacy at all when changing before or after the treatment (would have been nice to have a second afterward to get dressed instead of having the employees tidying up the same time, in this very tiny room).
Moreover, when the person noted I wasn't super happy and I told her that I found it quite painful she replied that I should then go waxing somewhere I find less painful, and that maybe I usually go in "too good" places, which I found quite rude as a reply to a client's complain.
Overall pretty bad experience, surely I'll never go again.
