Not good at all. No communication in regards to sitting down and explaining what was going to be done, no dye test, didn't discusses what colour that would be used and I have light brown eyebrows and she used black which was to dark and was meant to be 20 mins it was done in 10 mins. It was more of a tinting of eyebrows as it came of in the shower.Not happy at all would not go back. There was no customer service at all.
