Maria was lovely and listened to what I wanted. However, the product put on my hair before I left made my hair very knotty and did not feel pleasant. When I got home I noticed the layers and length wasn't as even as i normally would have it, there were a few hairs longer than the rest so had to trim a little to make even. A checking of length and less bluntness with cutting would have been beneficial.

Appointment was running 20 minutes late with no apology - staff werenât very friendly. Treatments were good and happy with results, but wax was a bit more painful than other places that take a little bit more care.
