I was waiting for almost an hour, manicure is so bad I can't even tell you, after it finished I thought they were joking. I am not sure they sterilized the stuff they use, so bad. And everything is so dirty I couldn't wait to leave that place. Never coming back. And one of the ladies was so rude, it's ridiculous.

Absolutely loved it. Great service, very friendly and she was so helpful with choosing the right length! Really enjoyed my experience!

Worst experience ever. The hair dresser was embarrassingly concerned about the price to pay per lenght although only two options were available (short & long). Kept saying that my hair was too dry and too long. She even interrupted the cut to double check on Treatwell the pricing. The cherry on top was the blow dry, made with a flat, dirty plastic hair brush that she insisted was specific for my hair type. Eventually asked £5 extra 'if you want a good blow dry'. I left petrified, my hair is looking awful. Avoid!
