Well to begin with I cannot comment on the Hollywood as I never had it done.
On arrival the beautician started waxing my legs and said she needed to charge me more than the 39.99 I paid on the app as it was to little amount for a Hollywood and full leg - she said I had too much skin. Did not know that waxing goes by skin size! I felt so insulted and upset, she had basically just said I was fat! In the end I only had my legs and bikini line done as “I have too much skin.” When I was leaving she told me to book with the salon next time as opposed to Treatwell as their prices are too cheap and incorrect. I had previously explained that this price was an offer on Treatwell.
For a woman wanting to go for an intimate wax such as a Hollywood you want to feel comfortable, it’s already an embarrassing enough thing to have done as it is - but I just felt horrible laying there and only ended up having my legs done.
I will not be booking this salon ever again and I suggest no one else books for a wax here unless they want to pay 39.99 to be insulted, feel like crap and only have half the job done.

Wax was done very neatly and lady helped me relax but cream was placed on very sloppily at the end and it was very painful.
The lady was nice and had a good attitude. However, as soon as I arrived they said that my hair was too long and that they had to charge an extra that made the treatment go from 70.99 to 90.99! I told her that I wouldn't do it then and she offered me a 10% discount. It still was expensive but I did it anyway since I was already there, but still, I wasn't happy with that increase. PLUS the appointment said KERATIN AND HAIRCUT, but they said it was a mistake and that the hair cut wasn't included
