Great services per usual, the eyelash tint was perfect, the wash and blow dry was quick and pleasant, the shampoo and conditioner they used on my hair smelled amazing, i recommend this salon.

When I was on my way to the place the place I was going for to do my manicure text me asking me to come back in 30 min, as I was pretty close I came in. The table and towels where dirty and the woman who did my treatment wasn't paying attention to the detail at all. Even more, she asked me to pay £3 more in order to remove my regular manicure before she start the treatment, I truly think this is abusive, then they charge me £0.50 to pay by card. A joke never again!
This was by second time getting a hollywood at this salon. The staff are friendly and the wax was really good and professional each time. I highly recommend it and will be going back again
An extremely long and painful nails appointment. Went out feeling completely dissaponited- nails were all different shapes/sized and hands full of blisters. Will never come back.

My appointment was delayed by 15 mins, which i was informed about by a text, however there was a further delay when I arrived. The staff were friendly but made no conversation. The pedicure was lovely and relaxing but took a lot lover than stated (I was there over an hour and a half!) and the final gel polish was quite scruffy on my big toes, leaking through to the skin. However, the polish has lasted a long time while on holiday.
