Very happy with the service I received at this salon! the treatment was rather pleasant, the therapist explained the process to me which was nice, I also got some free dermalogica samples as well. 5 stars.
Lovely little salon near Camden Road. I enjoyed my treatment and I got great service from team who were very friendly and polite. Threading is on point!
Very thorough but took a long time! Seemed a bit understaffed but the receptionist was very nice and made a good cup of tea!
Did a good job, although I was left for way too long with dye on my eyelashes while the member of staff gave another customer a wash and cut
The appointment didn't get off to a great start, first I was texted that they were running half an hour late O though fair enough they gave me some warning. However on arrival I had to wait another 30 minutes for my appointment making it 1 hour late from the original time I booked, no apologies were made. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. They did offer me a drink on arrival and I sat and read the magazines.
My first treatment was my nails; whilst filing my nails the technician managed to file so hard that she cut my finger open and it was bleeding. Then for some strange reason they appeared to have 2 UV lamps one for each hand, the left one appeared to be a bit faulty and it affected the overall finish of my nails. My right hand was slightly better.
I then had to go back to waiting for my second treatment on the chairs. Thankfully I didn't have to wait too long. The second treatment was eyebrow threading. The technician did a through job and I was pleased with the result until about a day later I had red blood spots from her pulling too hard, it almost looked like shaving rash.
On leaving I was given a loyalty card and two stamps but only the end of the year to get another 6 stamps. I don't think I will be going back
