A brilliant price for a treatment that is priced a lot higher elsewhere, the therapist was thorough and did the job well. However, I didn’t see her use hand sanitiser nor wear gloves during the treatment. Coming from a beauty background myself, I believe this is essential practice. Had she taken these steps, the rating would be 5 stars all the way through.

This appointment was a nightmare! First they seem not to know about my appointment, ok can happen. Leaving with burn scalp and overhead head was not really cool! Also hair cut in 5min... Simply avoid !
