The therapist was absolutely lovely and offered advice on colours to suit my tone. If there was one thing that could be done differently is to soak the cuticles in warm water before removal and clipping to make the process a little more comfortable. Over all very good value for money however and I would go back.

Very happy with the overall experience! The girl (sorry didn't catch her name) was very professional and lovely. My haircut is brilliant and she did a brilliant job.
