received a text after booking asking me to come earlier, luckily this worked on the day, arrived to find shop closed and someone cleaning looking confused as to who I was. Didn't introduce herself, sat me down in a hairdressers chair and proceeded to thread my face, which is never pleasant but this really hurt. Using only natural light so she missed quite a bit too and no after care product (aloe etc). Maybe they're better during the day but I felt pressured to get out as soon as possible. A shame because they're local and good value.
