Went for a dry cut. Asked for about 2 inches off and agreed the length with the hairdresser. I’m quite relaxed about having enough off to keep it looking healthy, but I was really upset to see that about 6 inches had taken off my hair... NOT what I asked for.
Asked for a light brown brow tint to match my hair. Didn’t really feel I was being listened to. Everything rushed & I was spoken over as I tried to explain. Tint is jet black and doesn’t look in anyway natural. Exactly what I didn’t want basically. Technician was very nice I must say; but didn’t deliver what I was asking for unfortunately

Quite careless when combing and washing the hair. I had my hair pulled quite hard a few times and she didn't check the water temperature before washing my hair as it was quite cold. The style I showed her is by far what I had done. I wanted balayage and it looks more like ombre, good thing it's not too bright.
Not going back there.
