This is a tricky one to review - I think the lady is doing a really good job and the nails she does are nice. However, I booked the appointment two weeks ago and at Friday 7 pm I just got an email, saying they changed my booking for the next day from 10 to 11 am. I was lucky to read the email, but I couldn't make it at 11 am - in the end I went at 5 pm. I think that's very unprofessional, and I had my whole day scheduled around this appointment. Won't book again probably, because I need to be sure that my nails will be done on the day and time they promise.

Good value for money and they were extremely accommodating with time as I arrived late. The threading was good, I have sensitive skin but the beautician had good hands. However, she was a bit careless when she got out her tweezers and I got pricked with the tweezers under one of my eyebrows, nothing major, but it would prevent me from giving the treatment 5 stars.
