First thing you notice when you enter the cabine is the smell: looks like you are in a dirty wc. Before to start the treatment she asked me how much I paid and she looked like not experienced at all, I have done Hollywood wax but she didn't know how to do it, and was looking disgusted by do so. After she finished the front part she said to do the armpit without doing the back side, and when I made her notice so, she answered she doesn't it. I have insisted then she did it, and put the cream in the middle of my bump without even spread it and didn't provide any tissue to clean it. No use of talco or pretreatments oils at all. During armpit wax she hurted me like never before. I told her she was hurting me and she said - everyone always says I'm very good. At the end of the treatment my armpit was extremely red, and remained painful for 2 days.
Please do not use this venue.
My makeup was horrible. I brought a picture and wanted just a contour and light makeup. What she gave me was quite the opposite. My foundation was orange and the contour had me looking like so had a goggle tan. The eye makeup was black and not in any way subtle. By the time I got home the eye make up had fallen down giving me a raccoon eye. Do not get your makeup done here by any means. They do not listen to your request. My hair cut was fine, although I now realise she cut off a lot at my layers and it looks somewhat strange. When I arrived at the salon I was not even greeted, they started my treatments late, there wasn't anywhere to hang your coat or anything which was strange. My person kept on trying to push other services on me like eyelash extensions ... Which would have substantially made my drag queen look worse. She then proceeded to insult my eyebrows, which are uneven because I have an auto immune disease where they fall out. She then filled them heavily (and ironically, unevenly) with black pencil. Do not recommend, do not go!
