I booked in for a half head of highlights, cut and blow dry. I have had highlights at POSH before and asked for the same colouring. This was not the case, my highlights are very stripey, it has more bleach and not at all like my hair was before or how I had asked.
I asked for a bouncy blow dry (done with a round brush) and was told this would not work with my hair as it is too long!! – I know that it is possible and have had it done hundreds of times before - successfully! Instead I received a rough blow dry, leaving my hair looking like any other day.
Despite seeming to be good value, this is not the case as I am very unhappy with how my hair looks I will be having it redone at another salon.

the hd brows treatment is really good and it doesn’t take very long to be applied. would recommend it.

The therapist was welcoming and friendly. The only thing more she could have done was maybe offer me a magazine or a tea / coffee - it was only her working so I appreciate she was probably too busy to do so. The service was efficient and she gladly obliged when I slightly tweaked my service.
