The receptionist was rather rude and dismissive, however I didn't take much notice since I was going on holiday the following day! The beautician spoke almost no English, but the necessary information was exchanged well. The manicure and pedicure took longer than specified, she took great care in doing them and they looked great. The waxing was done very efficiently and I was done within a heartbeat. Great value for money.

I gave 1 star only because I don't have the option of 0! This was by far the WORST manicure and pedicure of my life! The place was dirty, the lady was not a professional. I had to redone my nails the next day!!! I will NOT recommend this place to anyone! Do them on your own instead of going there, seriously!!! Just a waste of money and time!!!!!!

arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic but the staff were really helpful and managed to fit me in around the same time, as for the service I’d give it 5 stars, they were gentle and professional.
