Terrible service. Apparantely, the second employee called in sick and It was all over the place. I was asked to go half an hour later and I agreed, but once arrived the beautician was shocked to see me and asked me to go back in 2 hours. The treatment was rushed an painful because of that. I understand bad days could happen however I will not return.
I’ve grown up around salons so I was mostly surprised by the lack of customer hospitality. She barely acknowledged me when I walked in so I assumed I was to wait on the chair. I had to beg/argue with her to get her to give her professional opinion on how much she thought my hair needed off... there was no consultation. She took genuinely about 3 minutes cutting hair. She didn’t ask how I’d like it blow dried. I guess it’s good if you’re looking for a very basic but and service.
