Worst experience ever! I normally use a different salon for my blowdrys but this time they were fully booked and I choose to try this salon because it was really close to my house. I was firstly greeted by two very moody women then the hairdresser who took me to the chair said I needed to pay £25 instead of £20 for a blowdry because my hair is long even though there was no option of that on treatwell! I wouldn't mind paying extra if it was a good job but the blowdry I received wasn't even worth £5. I firstly explained how I would like my blowdryed I asked for a abit of volume with a wave at the bottom. Hairdresser washed my hair then normally hairdressers rough dry the hair up to 60% then they use a round brush to style it while drying it fully. However, she dryed it 100% fully then decided to get a curler out to do the waves at the bottom this is when I stopped her and got up my chair. My hair was still abit damp underneath and was so flat even though I wanted volume. I could have done a better job myself. Lastly, no one held the door open for me even though I clearly have a broken hand in a cast!
