There were flies in the room, flying around. There was hair everywhere from the previous clients and bits of old wax on the floor. While waxing, she made no attempt to make the experience nicer (eg, counting to 3, or applying pressure or anything) Overall uncomfortable experience and loads of hair was missed. While waxing, she went over the same area which has now caused severe swelling and bleeding, post treatment. Never ever coming back here again. I've had waxes before and this was by far the worst experience.

When I came into the shop noone acknowledged me. Sat there for ten minutes. Someone else came into the shop and they acknowledged them which prompted me to say that I had an appointment ten minutes ago. She asked me about threading very indiscreetly so everyone could hear that I wanted upper lip threading. As she was doing the threading my body was involuntarily moving away slightly because of the pain, although I was trying not to. She was clearly irritated by this and physically moved me back. At the end of the threading I realised that my hair was caught in the chair, she saw this but walked away without helping me so that the person who was waiting for her appointment had to help me instead. I would never go back here even though it was cheap. Terrible service.
