Arrived for my appointment at 4.30 and waited for half an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen to I was asked to choose a color (there weren’t very many and all pinks and reds) I then asked for nail extensions and was told there was no time and I didn’t book for that and the lady refused to do them. The manicure was done in 10 minutes and very rushed. The hand massage lasted for about 2 seconds and it was over! The appointment was all of 30 minutes (I had 1.5 hours booked) for a shellac manicure, underarm wax and eye brow thread. I am extremely disappointed in the service and will be going to another salon to get my nails re done! Don’t use this salon!!!!
