My appointment ran 30 minutes behind which meant that I had to make up a longer lunch break I took at the end of the day with work. I was also only acknowledged after 20 min with an apology from a different member of staff .While waiting, I noticed that some other customers who were in the middle of treatments were sat with their head over the sink for about 20 min. I was also expecting a proper blow dry finish but because of my curly hair, it was finished with the diffuser and too much product.

Just got home from a wonderful relaxing wash, cut and blow by the beautiful Lisa. She was passionate about her work and very professional throughout.
Infact i will go as far as to say: The best hair dresser I have ever had.
I couldnt belive the gentleness of her blow / styling drying techniques....no pulling what so ever... no "tippee toe" moments during the process..just pure bliss...it was a 100% treat.i am really looking forward to going back after Christmas
