Serap did not turn up for my 10am appointment. Only called me at 10am once I got there, to say she will be 25 minutes late but will definitely be there by 10.25am. So I came back at 10.30am and she was still not there. I left feeling annoyed about two wasted trips, 30 minutes wasted time, no haircut, and having had to leave my 3 months old baby at home. I thought they were very unprofessional and do not intend to ever come back.

They blend so naturally with my Curly Hair.
