Due to an urgent hospital admittance, I needed to have gel polish removed from my hands and feet. Katie was so accommodating, she rescheduled her afternoon to accommodate an appointment at the last minute, she was very caring and thoughtful relative to my pending hospital procedure, she removed the gel on both hands and feet, was very gentle but thorough. She didn't even want to charge me! So by way of sincere thanks, I immediately booked a luxury gel mani/pedi which was devine!
