POMO is getting a refurb in January, which it does need as the layout is a bit tight in places walking through to a different space. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming; it was my first visit to the salon so a little nervous but Natalie very quickly put me at my ease. Spent time explaining what she was doing and why, how best to dry my hair in different styles from flicked, straight and curly. Really love my new haircut and felt very much taken care of. Very impressed!
