Natalie did my hair, and I’ve finally found someone who actually listened to me. She cut it exactly as I wanted, and I love it! I left the salon feeling like a million dollars! Thank you Natalie, I’ll definitely be back
The hairdresser I was seeing was 53 minutes late. I’m absolutely offended that POMO thought that it was acceptable to make someone wait this long. No one phoned to say they we’re running late. No one advised me that I could take 30 mins to have some food (I skipped lunch to arrive on time and ended up not eating for nearly 12 hours for this appointment). I also had to to pay for parking and take holiday time. The complete lack of consideration was unacceptable. I will not return here and if you value your time, do not book an appointment here. The whole thing is a shame - some respect via a phone call alerting me to the delay could have prevented a negative review. As a customer, I expect to be respected. This establishment clearly does not respect its customers.
