Nicole was amazing. I have a lot of anxiety about having my hair cut, especially since the lockdown, and Nicole was very kind and understanding. She was incredibly patient with me and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I was a bit nervous at times, particularly when the shop got a bit busier, but I love my new hair, and I will definitely be back to POMO because of her.

Loved the Kerasilk Treatment. My hair looks so sleek and smooth. Would definitely recommend if you have hair that tends to frizz! Rachel was great and explained all the steps of the process throughout. Great price also. Highly recommend POMO Hairdressers.
