My appointment @ POMO Hair Salon was for a total restyle, and I was very specific about the look I wanted. I explained the desired outcome to the stylist who confirmed he understood my request. However, the stylist did not follow my instructions, and I ended up with a slight tidy-up to my current haircut as opposed to a total restyle.
When asked for a refund the director told me to call Treatwell myself and ask for a 5£ refund, when I was charged 60£ for a
