Couldn't find a fault with the experience if I tried! I didn't have a clear picture of what I wanted when I arrived, but after a quick but thorough consultation we had a plan - Gavin gave me loads of suggestions and advice, but didn't push anything. He clearly loves what he does and is very good at it - not to mention a hoot! I left a couple of hours later, totally relaxed with a new cut and colour that I've had loads of compliments on.

Good value. Natalie really listens to her clients and helps them achieve exactly what they were aiming for. She takes time and care. Very friendly girl too!
