I'm always happy with Chi, she does my nails well, disappointed some else takes over as the level of care is not the same. I was told if I wanted someone I should book with them. Which I did but didn't get her for the whole appointment.

Booked with Chi as she's friendly & she will communicate with you. I didnt get Chi when i came. The other staff don't like to communicate and get annoyed when I ask for advice or styles. Also too soon for infil but tech doesn't cover nails properly
