I've been a few times for shellac removal and unfortunately my conclusion is: it's functional, and cheap enough, but pretty low quality. When I leave my nails are always quite ragged at the tips, the surface is very scuffed, and there's always tiny patches of remaining shellac. I'm not super fussy about my nails, but I think there's probably better service to be had elsewhere.
