I had been a regular customer at this nail salon, but recently it seems understaffed — even with a reservation, I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes. The atmosphere is also uncomfortable, as the staff don’t seem to get along with each other. After my last nail treatment, the gel started peeling off in just three days. When I asked for a fix, I was scolded and told, “Didn’t we tell you this material peels easily?” — even though they never mentioned that. I won’t be returning.
