The ambience when you enter is not welcoming. I understand, they are busy but it feels like they don’t want to greet. I showed them my booking for acrylic infill. She then started applying gel, which I had no idea what it was and assumed she knew what she was doing. They then wanted to charge extra because I shouldn’t have booked acrylic, but that’s what I wanted and had. After speaking among themselves they probably realised that the error was on their end.
I booked with Chi as usual because I know that her nailart is the best in that salon. Turns out she wasn’t even in and someone else did it. It happens, so no big deal. When I showed her the design, she said that it wouldn’t be a problem at all. I could tell that she was struggling though and it didn’t look anything like the picture. We were trying to fix it with several attempts but she simply wasn’t that practised yet. Unfortunately left dissatisfied.
