When I arrived, it wasn’t busy, but the person meant to do my nails didn’t acknowledge me and walked away to chat. Another lady said the man at the pedicure station would do them. He didn’t remove my old polish properly, mistook my nail for being green, and had to be told which BIAB to use. He was unsure, so the other lady took over. The whole experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. I had already paid, but they still double-checked. It’s convenient but I didn’t feel welcome not sure I’ll return
