I have been going to Lara for regular massages every week for the last 2.5 years now, and she is excellent - she’s hands down the best massage therapist I have come across. I have been suffering from chronic shoulder and neck pain for years and Lara is the only therapist that has helped cure me, she is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about the human anatomy and is able to locate knots/ tension points instantly and knows exactly what to do to relieve the pain. She is just brilliant!
