You are welcomed into Lara’s front room in her flat which is small and cosy. Communication beforehand was good. She gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, which really demonstrated her knowledge of musculature and anatomy. She used stretches and hot stones to work very deeply and I felt it was very beneficial, especially around my shoulders which carry a lot of tension. I will certainly return for a second treatment to really gain the benefit.
