The stylist didn't communicate with me, didn't layer my hair and messed up my fringe by not asking how I would like it cut. I felt like a nuisance. The cut from start to finish only took 15 minutes. I have used this venue a lot and up until now always been happy.

Super great haircut and blowdry. I always come here for trims because they do not get scissor happy! Always cut the amount that I want and have friendly service.
